The story of Avaran Koya and his journey of bringing Authentic Broasted Chicken to Malabar.
Chicken Story tells the tale of a man and his undying passion. Mr. Avaran Koya, better known as Broast Koyaaka, spent 20 years building a legacy of Broasted Chicken in the Malabar region. With his special spice and herbs blend, and his time-perfected method of cooking, he won the hearts of people in and around Malabar.
Trained under a Syrian masterchef, he conquered the hearts of the Arabs in Saudi Arabia for years. Later the onslaught of the Kuwait War forced him back to his homeland, where he transformed Broasted Chicken from something mediocre to a true exotic delicacy.
